Business Travel Specialist with German

Timisoara Full time

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative processing of business travel in Europe;
  • Review of incoming EU registration requests/ documents for completeness and accuracy;
  • Communication with German health insurance and authorities;
  • Supplementing missing data/ information;
  • Data entry into relevant country-specific portals (supported by robotic process automation);
  • Administration and archiving of relevant data according to internal guidelines.

Requirements:

  • University degree;
  • Proficiency in written and spoken German and English;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs and great interest in IT applications;
  • SAP knowledge and experience with cloud solutions as a plus;
  • Customer orientation and very good communication skills;
  • Technology oriented;
  • Attention to details.
