IT Support Specialist

Tallinn, Estonia

Responsabilities:

  • Administration of local networks (Checkpoint firewalls, Cisco switches, deployment of cabling, monitoring of active network components) and network security (proxy and firewall configuration, DMZ);
  • System administration (deep knowledge of Windows Server 2008 and 2012, Windows 7 Enterprise, Active Directory, Exchange Server 2010 and SnapManager, MS SQL Server 2008 and 2012, MS SharePoint 2013, MS Project Server 2013, McAfee Antivirus and McAfee Policy Orchestrator);
  • Management of administrative applications hosted internally and/or externally (Intranet, ABAC, HR system, mission system, public-facing website);
  • System security (client & server certificates, PKI, Bitlocker) and monitoring;
  • System monitoring (SCOM - monitoring, reporting);
  • System configuration (SCCM-configuration);
  • Experience with ticketing tools (SCSM advantageous);
  • Deployment servers, patching, creation and installation of operating system images;
  • Storage and virtualization (ESX servers, VMWare, VCenter);
  • Hosting and maintaining web applications I websites (MS Sharepoint 2013 based);
  • Remote access solutions (OWA, direct access, VPN authentication);
  • Set-up and maintenance of IT office devices such as MFDs for printing & scanning, faxes;
  • ITSM tools (SCSM would be an asset);
  • Solutions for mobile device management such as Manage Engine or others.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant education (bachelor degree or equivalent) after the secondary school;
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience;
  • Professional competencies:

  • System administration (deep knowledge of Windows Server 2008 and 2012, Windows 7 Enterprise, Active Directory, Exchange Server 2010 and SnapManager, MS SQL Server 2008 and 2012, MS SharePoint 2013, MS Project Server 2013, McAfee Antivirus and McAfee Policy Orchestrator);
  • Experience with ticketing tools (SCSM advantageous);
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and operational/support lines models (first line/second line).
