- Looking after our client's applications and solving tickets over the entire life cycle of the application operation as part of the DevOps MindSet;
- General basics of IT skills available;
- Experience in the 2nd / 3rd Remote support level;
- Good knowledge of ITIL;
- Independent, process-oriented, controlled and structured work;
- Readiness for on-call duty;
- Very good language skills in (technical) English;
- Knowledge of German is nice to have;
- Knowledge of agile process and tools (Scrum, SAFe);
- Ambition to work on new topics in 2nd & 3rd level support;
- High customer- and service-orientation.
