  • Looking after our client's applications and solving tickets over the entire life cycle of the application operation as part of the DevOps MindSet;


  • General basics of IT skills available;
  • Experience in the 2nd / 3rd Remote support level;
  • Good knowledge of ITIL;
  • Independent, process-oriented, controlled and structured work;
  • Readiness for on-call duty;
  • Very good language skills in (technical) English;
  • Knowledge of German is nice to have;
  • Knowledge of agile process and tools (Scrum, SAFe);
  • Ambition to work on new topics in 2nd & 3rd level support;
  • High customer- and service-orientation.
